Order in time
All Japan Rail Passes has to be shipped out physically. Do NOT order without contacting us first if it’s less than 14 days until your departure to Japan. We can normally deliver in 1-3 workdays within Europe and USA, but wont take any responsibility if an order is placed too close to your departure and delayed due to unexpected reasons or short delivery time after your package has been given to UPS.

If an order is placed too close to departure and we believe it wont rach you in time, a refund will be processed to your original card used upon purchase minus transactions fees as well as a handling fee of 35 EUR. You accept the conditions by continue with your order from this step.

Activate within 90 days
The Japan Rail Pass can be activated at any point within 90 days of purchase. Make sure not to order your JR Pass too far in advance as they are only valid for 90 days and will be declined in Japan if expired.
