GetJRPass ships the official exchange voucher to most countries in the world. Here is how delivery works, how long it takes and how to track your order.

How shipping works
After you order, the voucher is printed and dispatched within one working day. You receive a tracking number by email. The package fits through a standard letterbox in most countries.

When to order
Order at least 2 weeks before flying. For peak seasons, 3 weeks gives buffer for postal delays. You can also order up to 12 months in advance.

If the voucher does not arrive
Contact GetJRPass support. We track every shipment and can reissue a voucher before it is exchanged in Japan. After exchange, the physical pass cannot be replaced.
