    Frequently asked questions

    Quick answers to common questions.

When does the 7 day window start?

On the activation date you choose at the exchange office, not when you order.

    Can I extend a 7 day pass?

No, but you can order a 14 day pass instead before your trip.

Is 7 days enough for Japan?

For a Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka loop with a side trip, yes. For Hokkaido and Kyushu, a 14 day pass is safer.
