Refund policy
Plans change. Here is exactly when your Japan Rail Pass can be refunded, how much it costs and what to do if you already exchanged the voucher in Japan.
A voucher that has not been exchanged in Japan can be returned to GetJRPass for a refund within 12 months from the order date.
An administrative fee of 15 percent of the order value applies, plus a late processing fee of 35 euro if the return arrives within 30 days of the voucher expiry.

No. Once the voucher is exchanged for the actual pass in Japan, it cannot be refunded.
