There is no family JR Passes I’m affraid, everyone need their own. However, how old are the kids? Kids below 6 ride for free and don’t need a pass, kids 5-11 can buy a children pass which is 50% off the price.

Passes are bought at https://getjrpass.com and sent out to you within a workday or two.
