How can I organise a refund
Hello,
My packages got delayed several times and is not arriving before my departure time, I have email a few times and haven’t heard anything back yet.
Just a fellow Kiwi disappointed with the courier company 🙁
Hi Alyssa, we have limited support during the weekend I’m affraid. Sorry to hear your package was delayed.
I can see that your order was both placed and shipped out from our office on the 29th of November. I was just in contact with UPS but they do not provide me with enough information and recommend the receiver to contact the local UPS in the arrival country.
Sadly we can not take responsibility caused by delays by UPS due to bad weather in NZ, but we will do out best to have it sorted for you. I’d be happy to help you with a refund, but we’ll need the passes back physically before JR allows us to cancle and redund any passes that has ben issued in their system.
Would you like to get in touch with your local office and have them stop the transit and return the JR Pass?
