We send out your Japan Rail Pass with UPS Express and you have it worldwide within a few days tops. So feel free to place your order whenever fitting. However, now is too early.

I saw the answer before. So I have to order de JR days before to get it in MEXICO in my house so i can take it with me. Or you send me and electronic and purchase for the physical one over there ?

Hi German Rico, all Japan Rail Pass MCO’s are shipped out physicaly. We do however ship with express alternatives using UPS, so it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days – regardless of where you live.

As for connection between Narita Airport and Kyoto, JR is connected with the Narita Express. There is almost a non-stop way. You will have to do a quick train change in Tokyo or Shinagawa (Shinagawa being the best alternative in my opinion) from the Narita Express train to a Hikari Shinkansen train. The train from Tokyo to Kyoto or Shinagawa to Kyoto is without any changes along the way. There isn’t any train directly from Narita Airport at this moment, so this is your fastest alternative.

All mentioned trains are covered and icluded in the JR Pass.
