Bookings before picking up Jr passes
I’ve purchased our JR Passes to be picked up on 6/20/23 when we arrive in Tokyo. I was able to reserve seats on the train from Tokyo to Kyoto that day. However, when trying to reserve seats for other trains (under 30 days from today), message keeps saying there are no trains available that day, and to choose another date..
Hi, after the JR Pass has been issued in Japan, we are no longer able to help qith any technical support, as we only provide the exchange voucher.
In this case, you will have to talk to JR staff at any JR office. They can be found at all major trainstations and they’ll be happy to help you.
Wish I could be more of help, but we can only help pre-activation.
