Buying the pass in Japan when I’m there
Hello! I’m scheduled to come to Japan on March 1 but I won’t need a pass for the first week since I’ll be staying in Tokyo. Can I buy the pass “physically” when I’m already in Japan – instead of ordering it online and shipping? If not, can I order it to be shipped to a hotel address in Tokyo? Thank you!
Hi Olga, passes can not be bought over disk in Japan and are not sold at JR offices – only exchanged by them, sorry. They can only be bought online.
We do however ship to Japan, if you have your order placed we can have it shipped monday morning. But where are you located? Normal delivery with UPS express within EU and US is 1-2 days, latin america and asia 3-5 days.
