Order to hotel

I have read that it is possible to order Japan rail pass to a hotel. We are going to Japan in two days and will need the rail pass (7 days) on the 30th of April. Can we buy the pass and get it delivered to our guesthouse in Hakone on the 25th of April? Or is it too soon?
