Gate not opening! Pass not working!
My JR Pass is only two days old but now won’t open any gates! Is there anything they can do to fix it??

Hi Lola!
We recommend visiting your closes JR Office for help as they are the ones who can see what have happened. This is however out of our hands, since the pass has been exhanged and issued by JR Staff already. We only provide the MCO exchange voucher in this case.
