Hello Sandeep, there is currently a shortage of chips in Japan – the suica and welcome suica can only be purchased at Haneda airport. Pasmo cards works the same but are sold in more locations. https://www.pasmo.co.jp/visitors/en/

As for the online purchase, only iPhone users can purchase it online using Apple Pay, there are no other option to purchase it online.

Everyone need one of their own, the machines will only register 1 user per card at the time I’m affraid. If you try to use the same card twice at the same machine, it will “check in” and “check out” instead of checking in 2 users.
