¿At what time will my physical JR pass will arrive to my hotel?
Hello!
I’ll be traveling to japan in a couple of days and I will be needing the JR PASS since day one.
I bought the JR PASS for 21 days and I had to send the physical JR to my airbnb in Tokyo. I will be arriving to Tokyo by 14:30 (local time), let’s say it’ll take another couple of hours to get to my hotel. My question here is, at what time will my package arrive so I can be there to receive it??
Also, May I change the delivery date if it’s undefined the package’s time of arrival?

Hi Emilio, I have emailed you about your order as well. I saw that you placed your order today after UPS picked up today’s orders and will arrive in Japan in 2 days + need to use the pass from day 1. It’s impossible for us to have it delivered to you in time with that short notice and with those requirements, sorry. Your order has been refunded to the card used upon purchase.
