Do you send the JR Pass cards to Indonesia? If so, how long does it take?

Yes, we do ship to Indonesia.
As for the shipping, we can’t estimate a date without having the adress I’m afraid. Please don’t post it here, but feel free to send us an email with the address and I’ll have a look for you.
Shouldn’t take many days however.
