Hi Carolijn Brouwer, there is only 1 Regional Pass that coveres the route between Tokyo > Kyoto / Tokyo > Osaka and that’s the Hokuriku Arch Pass. As it may sound great, keep in mind that the pass does not take the normal fast route and does not allow access on the Hikari Shinkansen etc. You have to travel via the northern Hokuriku area which makes the trip a couple of hours extra per way.

The pass can be bought for 7 days but can be combined with 2 passes for the same person.
