We offer the option to change the name of a JR Pass for 40 EUR per pass, if a cancellation insurance was purchased with the pass we will do it for free excl. shipping costs, within 3 months of purchase.

However, the pass has to be returned to us physically before we are allowed to cancle any passes in JR’s system.
