Hi I received my Japan Rail Pass order and noticed that I wrote the wrong name. What do I do now? Is it possible to get a new JR pass?

Hi Sara, don’t you worry we will help you. You do however need to return the Japan Rail Pass to us physically. Please send us an email with your order number, name and the proper name to [email protected] and we’ll start the return process and prepare your new Japan Rail Pass for delivery.
