Hi Laila,
Passes that has been lost in Japan can not be rufunded – due to JR’s refund policy.
They do not allow refunds and re-issue of passes that has been:
- Damaged
- Lost
- Stolen
- Activated
All Japan Rail Passes are shipped out physically and will most likely not reach you in time before you departure home, depending on when you leave Japan.
I wish we could be of more help, but we can not interfere with JR’s system nor their policy regarding lost passes.
